Asus software ACPI Failure – Page 2 – Windows 7 Help Forums
So it is not a reboot or shutdown problem in fact – it some kind of a “black screen while PC is working” problem. I don’t have the ac;i audio driver installed and I don’t get that error. Did this solve your problem?
Second, how did the live session run? Hi Xeon Have you checked your Power Options it sounds like you might just be going into hibernation mode?
Has anyone got any ideas to what this could be? Its still very User-unfriendly but it works, somehow. Originally Posted by KasperH have tried that, i tried anything, but cant get it to work, i guess i gotta wait until they actually make something that’s compatible with windows 7.
How to Fix Asus ACPI Driver Issues in Windows 10
We need to be connected to the internet and allow time for the utility to find the drivers. At the third time I tried to install some ACPI driver from intel or microsoft, don’t remember but it did not help anyway.
All drivers for every single device is installed: That can be useful information.
I have to admit, that i barely touched Linux, so its most probably my fault due my obviously very low IQ low experience and my unwillness to spent more weeks in studing how to install Linux, so I might do not deserve to have it. I’m working through an issue that has me out of my wits and under the gun. You ar trying to install an ai suite and you are getting an acpi error.
[ubuntu] Newbie – New Install ACPI Probe Failed problem
I’ll try the solution with support cd, prpbe it’ll help! I took a picture of the “e” window with your settings, just to make sure I did it correctly.
I managed to let Mint boot from the flash drive by adding “nomodeset” to kerneloptions in GRUB, but there are still the problems with the NVidia drivers.
I have yet to hear from anybody who’s been able to make them work properly. It’s possibly something to do with the realtek audio driver. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread.
Or is it prkbe to the live session?
But the screen is black and there is no sound. Can you help me? January 31st, 1.
